Welcome to our Premium Server
We host a beautiful map for all of our players to enjoy. Our towns and cities feature modern and historic designs that gear our players towards fine engineering and architecture. We were also one of the few communities to transfer our previous Minecraft Beta generated maps into newer maps, keeping all cities, towns, and roads since Minecraft Beta 1.4 for our members to build upon. Careful design and planning are considered ideal here, but still, we welcome everyone! We welcome you to take a look around at our road system as well as some of the skyscrappers and bridges that we have. You're guaranteed to be motivated in one way or another :)
History
We've been around for a good while now! BlackCatGaming started off promoting games such as Project Blackout and Vindictus, but Minecraft has taken ultimate prevalence and has been our primary game since March of 2011. As of January 2012 we have merged with Protogaming. With this merge, we are now Protocraft's Premium Server!
Our Rules
Our rules are basic and promote standards of simple architecture as well as "real life" physics. We encourage you to make structures that would hold up in real life. For an in depth look at our rules, click here.
Server People
Woo! These guys get things done, and throw parties! This means free ingame stuff for you! BlackCatGaming's server staff consists of Dilios as the owner, as well as other admins who have a prompt decision making role in the community. Our operators are in charge of planning events, and making sure that our moderators are keeping things fresh! Below moderators, we have VIP's who are the fire feeders here. Khan, Enderly, Augur, and Sage are our four VIP ranks in decending order. VIP players are individuals who donate money to keep us ballin' on down the line so that we can continue to maintain a nice community. VIP players recieve a wide variety of benefits depending on rank. Next but not least are our citizens who are kinda like the guy who's always at the bar on Thursday evenings, always happy to talk to you, and some even talk to themselves. Finally, we have our guest's, you should certainly see to it that you're our next!
